Hi;- My Dad told me on Monday about this great all lady Bluegrass band that played at Wexford
Place Retirement apartments. Normally my Dad does not get excited or talk much about the stuff going on at the apartments. He was describing the band of energetic ladies, but couldn't remember the band's
name.I have been a member of HABOT for a few years and have heard you play there, so I asked him if the name was "Hootin' Annies" and he said yes, that was it.
He then talked about your group
again the next day and said that everyone was still talking about it at breakfast and dinner. My brother in Memphis told me that Dad had told him all about the performance too and how much he enjoyed it.
Thank you very much for putting on such a fine performance for everyone at Wexford place. It definitely was one of the highlights of their year. I just wish I had known you were going to be there as I would
have conveniently been visiting Dad that night.
My Dad has come to a couple of the HABOT shows, and now maybe I can get him to come to more.
